摘要
为探讨残疾大学生自我污名对自杀意念的影响机制,采用自我污名量表、自杀意念量表、知觉压力量表和成人素质希望量表,对686名残疾大学生进行问卷调查,并对327名非残疾大学生进行调查以作为参照。结果发现:(1)在残疾大学生中共筛选出有自杀意念者76人,检出率为11.08%;(2)听力障碍大学生自杀意念显著高于视力障碍大学生,视力障碍大学生自杀意念显著高于非残疾大学生;(3)知觉压力在自我污名对自杀意念的影响中起部分中介作用;(4)希望在知觉压力对自杀意念的影响中起调节作用。本研究探讨了自我污名对自杀意念的影响及其作用机制,对改善残疾大学生的自杀意念具有借鉴意义。
This study aimed to explore the mechanism of self-stigma on suicidal ideation of college students with disabilities,in which 686 college students with disabilities were investigated with the Self-Stigma Scale of Disability Scale,Self-Rating Idea of Suicide Scale,Chinese Perceived Stress Scale and Adult Dispositional Hope Scale.327 normal college students were investigated as reference.The results showed that:1)a total of 76 students with suicidal ideation were screened out among college students with disabilities,and the detection rate was 11.08%;2)the score of suicidal ideation of hearing-impaired college students was significantly higher than that of visually impaired college students,and the score of suicidal ideation of visually impaired college students was significantly higher than that of normal college students;3)perceived stress partially mediated the relationship between self-stigma and suicidal ideation;4)hope moderated the relationship between perceived stress and suicidal ideation.The results reveal the influence of self-stigma on suicidal ideation and its mechanism,providing reference for improving suicidal ideation of college students with disabilities.
