中医熏蒸联合雷火灸治疗对睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者临床疗效及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thunder fire moxibustion for treatment of patients with xerophthalmia of meibomian gland dysfunction

目的分析中医熏蒸+雷火灸治疗睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者的临床价值。方法选取2020年3月~2021年2月我院诊治的78例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者,按治疗差异分研究组、对照组,各39例,对照组以西药对症,研究组以中医熏蒸+雷火灸。对比两组临床疗效、泪液相关蛋白、眼部改善情况、不良反应。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组眼部症状改善及泪液相关蛋白优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后未出现严重不良反应。结论睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症以中医熏蒸+雷火灸治疗临床疗效佳,可显著减少泪腺免疫攻击,缓解干眼症状。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thunder fire moxibustion in for treatment of patients with xerophthalmia of meibomian gland dysfunction.Methods The data of 78 patients with xerophthalmia of meibomian gland dysfunction treated in our hospital from March 2020 to February 2021 were selected.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into study group(n=39)and control group(n=39).The control group was given symptomatic treatment with conventional western medicine(0.1%sodium hyaluronate eye drops+tobramycin dexamethasone ointment),and the study group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thunder fire moxibustion.The clinical efficacy,tear-related proteins(human neurochemokine protein,interleukin-1 receptor antagonist protein),ocular symptom improvement[assessed by standard patient evaluation of dryness(SPEED)],and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(94.87%vs 71.79%)(P<0.05).(2)Human neurochemokine protein and interleukin 1 receptor antagonist protein in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,especially in the study group(P<0.05).(3)Symptoms of the study group and the control group improved significantly after treatment.Most of the patients in the study group were at 0 points.There was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(4)No serious adverse reactions were found after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of patients with xerophthalmia of meibomian gland dysfunction has a good clinical effect.It can significantly reduce the immune attack of the lacrimal gland,effectively alleviate the symptoms of dry eye,and has high safety.
