摘要
针对塔顶回流管线腐蚀泄漏导致的严重着火爆炸事故,对装置塔顶回流管线腐蚀情况进行排查及管控工作,及时获得易腐蚀部位的运行情况。通过排查典型炼油装置塔顶回流系统运行情况,采用涡流扫查、超声定点测厚、电磁超声等在线监测技术对各装置塔顶回流系统腐蚀减薄情况进行检测,建立炼化装置塔顶回流系统腐蚀控制系列措施和管理系统,提前发现、预防、处置因腐蚀而导致塔顶回流管线泄漏等问题,管理前移,达到预防塔顶回流系统腐蚀效果。
In view of the serious fire and explosion accident caused by the corrosion and leakage of the reflux pipeline on the tower top,the corrosion of the reflux pipeline on the tower top of the unit shall be investigated and controlled,and the operation of the parts prone to corrosion shall be obtained in time.By investigating the operation of the overhead reflux system of typical oil refining units,eddy current scanning,ultrasonic fixed-point thickness measurement,electromagnetic ultrasound and other on-line monitoring technologies were applied to detect the corrosion thinning of the overhead reflux system of each unit,and a series of corrosion control measures and management system for the overhead reflux system of refining and chemical units were established to detect,prevent and deal with the leakage of overhead reflux pipeline caused by corrosion,and moved the management forward to preventing the corrosion of overhead reflux system.
