炼化装置大型机组安全平稳运行管理的探讨

Discussion on Safe and Stable Operation Management of Large Unit in Refining and Chemical plant

针对炼化装置大型机组造价成本高、维修周期长且一般无备用机组,一旦发生故障将对炼化装置本身及上下游生产装置产生不可预估的经济损失和社会负面影响的问题,分析了炼化装置大型机组管理现状,从设备管理体系建立、监测诊断技术使用、机组运行环境把控3个方面,深入研究了炼化装置大型机组日常运行的管理思路和具体措施。

Large scale unit is a very important link in the production and operation of refining and chemical plant.Due to the high cost,long maintenance cycle and generally no standby unit,once a fault occurs,it will have unpredictable economic loss and negative social impact on the refining and chemical plant itself and the upstream and downstream production units.This paper discussed how to improve the safe and stable operation level of large-scale units,and deeply studied the management ideas and specific measures of daily operation of large-scale units in refining and chemical plants from three aspects:the establishment of equipment management system,the application of advanced monitoring and diagnosis technology,and the accurate control of unit operation environment.
