摘要 为应对多能源电力系统中可再生能源带来的运行的不确定性以及系统灵活性不足对可再生能源消纳和系统安全运行的影响,提出一种考虑电源灵活性的多能源电力系统协调分层日前优化调度方法。首先,从电源灵活性供需平衡的角度,对含风光水火蓄的多能源电力系统的灵活性进行量化分析。其次,基于灵活性裕度指标,计及电力系统运行约束,建立以可再生能源消纳量最大,抽蓄调用效益最大,火电运行经济性和平稳性最优及净负荷波动最小为目标的多能源电力系统多目标日前优化调度模型。然后,提出风光水火蓄协调分层的求解策略,根据不同电源的灵活性和互补协调特性,对其出力进行分层单独优化,得到面向调度需要的多目标协调优化的调度结果。最后,利用工程实例分析验证了所提调度方法和求解策略的有效性和可行性。 In order to deal with the uncertainty of operation caused by renewable energy and the impact of insufficient system flexibility on renewable energy consumption and safe operation of multi-energy power system*a coordinated hierarchical day ahead optimal scheduling method for multi-energy power system considering power flexibility is proposed.Firstly,from the perspective of supply and demand balance of power flexibility,the flexibility of multi energy power system with wind solar thermal storage is analyzed quantitatively.Secondly,based on the flexibility margin index and considering the operation constraints of power system,a multi-objective day ahead optimal dispatch model of multi-energy power system is established with the objectives of maximum renewable energy consumption,maximum pumping and storage transfer benefits,optimal thermal power operation economy and stability,and minimum net load fluctuation.Then,the solution strategy of coordinated stratification of wind and water fire storage is proposed,according to the flexibility and complementary coordination characteristics of different power sources,the output of each power source is optimized separately,and the scheduling results of multi-objective coordination optimization are obtained.Finally,an engineering,example is used to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed scheduling method and solution strategy.
