摘要
为了应对配电网的快速发展,提升配电网观测水平和供电可靠性,提出了一种计及用户用电信息接入的配电网调度控制技术支持系统建设思路,并在此基础上研发了网络拓扑、动态着色、故障研判、三相不平衡分析等功能,实现了用电信息采集系统与配电网调度控制技术支持系统的信息交互。新开发的配电网调度控制技术支持系统已在吉林某些调度控制机构上线运行,应用结果表明该系统可以提供准实时、准确的配电网变压器运行状态及分布式电源信息,设备有效感知率达到90%以上,有效地提高了配电网故障处置效率。
In order to cope with the rapid development of distribution network and improve the observation level and power supply reliability of distribution network,a construction idea of distribution network dispatching control technical support system considering the access of user power information is designed.On this basis,the network topology,dynamic coloring,fault diagnosis,three-phase imbalance analysis and other functions are developed to realize the information exchange between the power consumption information collection system and the distribution network dispatching control technical support system.The newly developed technical support system for distribution network dispatching and control has been put into operation in some dispatching and control institutions in Jilin Province.The application results show that the system can provide quasi real-time and accurate operation status of distribution transformer and distributed generation information,and the effective perception rate of equipment reaches more than 90%,which effectively improves the efficiency of distribution network fault handling.
