A case of cutaneous amyloid deposition secondary to fibroepithelioma of Pinkus

报告1例右小腿Pinkus纤维上皮瘤继发皮肤淀粉样蛋白沉积。患者男,54岁。右小腿屈侧暗红色丘疹5年。皮肤科检查:右小腿屈侧一绿豆大暗红色丘疹,表面少量褐色痂皮。皮损组织病理检查:表皮增生,表皮突下延融合,真皮浅层大量淋巴细胞浸润,真皮乳头内嗜伊红物质沉积,结晶紫和刚果红染色阳性。诊断:Pinkus纤维上皮瘤继发皮肤淀粉样蛋白沉积。治疗:手术切除,随访3个月无复发。

A case of cutaneous amyloid deposition secondary to fibroepithelioma of Pinkus is reported.A 54-year-old man presented with a dark-red papule on his right calf for 5 years.Histopathological examination showed epidermal hyperplasia,down-ward extension of rete ridges and lymphocytes infiltration in the upper dermis.Eosinophilic materials were seen in dermal papil lae,and crystal violet and congo red staining was positive.The diagnosis of cutaneous amyloid deposition secondary to fibroepithelioma of Pinkus was made.The papule was excised without recurrence in the 3-month follow-up.
