筒子纱染色过程曲线逼近控制方法研究

摘要 目前我国纺织印染行业中筒子纱染色机控制系统中,控制方法单一且对染色质量和染色过程能耗的管控缺失,随着印染行业的不断发展,对自动化程度、染色质量和能耗管控的要求也越来越高。基于现有状况,从染色工艺进行深入研究,围绕水位曲线、加料曲线、温度曲线、纱间流量曲线进行逼近控制,从而实现用水量的精确计算、染色过程中染料助剂等的精准添加、上染过程中染液温度的精确控制和对上染过程中纱线染液交换频率的精准管控。从工艺曲线逼近等方面着手,建立染色控制系统,提高染色的一次符样率和降低染色过程中能源和水的消耗。 At present,in the control system of dyeing machine for bobbin yarn in China's textile printing and dyeing industry,the control method is single and the control of dyeing quality and dyeing process energy consumption is absent.Based on the existing situation,this paper conducts in-depth study from the dyeing process,closely around the water level curve,feeding curve,temperature curve,flow curve between yarns approximate control.Thus,the accurate calculation of water consumption,the precise addition of dyes and auxiliaries in dyeing process,the precise control of dye temperature in dyeing process,and the precise control of yarn dye exchange frequency in dyeing process can be realized.The dyeing control system is established to improve the primary sample rate and reduce the energy and water consumption in the dyeing process.
