摘要
单相并网逆变器在实际应用中,为了防止桥臂上下两个开关管同时导通,会在调制过程中加入死区时间。死区效应会导致逆变器向电网注入谐波,使电网电流的质量下降。为了抑制死区谐波,通常采用基于控制器的谐波补偿方法,包括基于谐振控制和基于重复控制两种。通过分析重复控制器的结构和性能,提出了一种新的重复控制器参数设计方法,与传统的参数设计方法相比,这种方法的系统稳定性更好,且稳态误差几乎为零。最后通过MATLAB仿真实验证明了此方法可行。
In the practical application of single-phase grid connected inverter,in order to prevent the upper and lower switches of bridge arm from conducting at the same time,dead time will be added in the modulation process.The dead time effect will cause the inverter to inject harmonics into the grid,which will reduce the quality of the grid current.In order to suppress dead time harmonics,the harmonic compensation method based on controller is usually adopted,including resonance control and repetitive control.By analyzing the structure and performance of repetitive controller,a new parameter design method of repetitive controller is proposed in this paper.Compared with the traditional parameter design method,this method has better stability and almost zero steady-state error.Finally,MATLAB simulation results show that this method is feasible.
