基于FANUC PMC窗口功能的教学案例

Design of Training Case Based on FANUC PMC Windows Function

为更好地开展职业教育,并融入课程思政内涵,开发了一个基于FANUC PMC窗口功能的教学案例。该案例源自企业,以车间数控机床中的伺服电机为研究对象,使用PMC窗口功能读取电机负载电流信息。若读取值大于设定的额定值,则给出一条机床预警。给出了具体的案例实施过程。通过该案例的学习,使学生了解并掌握FANUC PMC窗口功能,同时在教学过程中开展课程思政教育。

To make a contribution to the vocational education and integrate into the ideological and political education,a training case based on FANUC PMC windows function is developed in this paper.This case is derived from the enterprise,taking the servo motor of the CNC machine tool in the workshop as the research object,using PMC windows function to read the motor load current information.If the value is greater than the rating,a machine tool warning will be given.The operating steps are given in this paper.Through the study of this case,students will have a better understanding of the FANUC PMC windows function,and the ideological and political education will be carried out in the teaching process.
