DKK-1联合CA125检测在子宫内膜癌诊断中的价值

目的研究DKK-1联合CA125检测在子宫内膜癌中的价值。方法将2019年1月-2020年6月检测的子宫内膜癌患者30例、子宫内膜良性病变患者30例、健康体检者30例纳入研究中,分别记为子宫内膜癌组、子宫内膜良性病变组及对照组。检测90例被试的血清DKK-1、CA125水平,并进行统计分析。结果子宫内膜癌组DKK-1、CA125水平显著较子宫内膜良性病变组和对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌组中晚期患者DKK-1、CA125水平显著较早期患者高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DKK-1、CA125对子宫内膜癌诊断敏感性比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);联合检测敏感性显著高于DKK-1、CA125单项检测敏感性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DKK-1检测特异性显著高于联合检测特异性,且其阳性预测值显著高于CA125阳性预测值,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DKK-1、CA125水平和病变进展有显著关系,DKK-1联合CA125检测能够提高早期诊断子宫内膜癌的准确性。

Objective To study the value of DKK-1 combined with CA125 in the detection of endometrial cancer. Methods 30 patients with endometrial cancer, 30 patients with benign endometrial lesions, and 30 healthy subjects who were tested in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were included in this study, which were divided into endometrial cancer group, endometrial benign lesions group and control group, respectively. Serum DKK-1 and CA125 levels of 90 subjects were detected and analyzed statistically. Results The levels of DKK-1 and CA125 in endometrial cancer group were significantly higher than those in endometrial benign lesion group and control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). DKK-1 and CA125 levels in the endometrial cancer group were significantly higher than those in the early stage, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The sensitivity of DKK-1 and CA125 to endometrial cancer was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The sensitivity of combined detection was significantly higher than that of DKK-1 and CA125 single detection, with statistical significance(P<0.05). The specificity of DKK-1 test was significantly higher than that of the combined test, and the positive predictive value of DKK-1 test was significantly higher than that of CA125 test, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions DKK-1 and CA125 levels are significantly related to lesion progression. DKK-1 combined with CA125 detection can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of endometrial cancer and should be promoted in clinical practice.
