经腹与经阴道超声联合应用在药物流产不全中的诊断价值

The Value of Combined Transabdominal and Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Incomplete Medical Abortion

目的通过经阴道与经腹彩色多普勒超声对药物流产后残留物的观察,探讨两者联合应用对药物流产不全的诊断价值。方法选择可疑有药物流产不全的180例患者,应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声及经腹彩色多普勒超声联合检查,通过二维声像图表现及彩色多普勒血流频谱表现,寻找宫腔内残留物,进行定位,清宫后将刮宫组织送病理检查,进行对照分析病理结果。结果在180例患者中,167例为流产不全的患者,残留物表现为宫腔内局限性不规则的高回声,低回声团及混合回声团块,边界不清晰,内有丰富的血流信号,多普勒呈低阻力型,RI:0.45+0.50。6例为子宫内膜不均匀增厚,7例患者宫腔内回声正常。结论经腹与经阴道超声联合应用在检查药物流产不全的诊断中具有很高的诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the combined application of transvaginal and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography in the treatment of incomplete medical abortion by observing the residues after medical abortion. Methods Choose 180 patients of suspected drug abortion is not complete, the application of transvaginal color doppler flow imaging(cdfi) and abdominal joint inspection of color doppler ultrasound, through two-dimensional ultrasonographic manifestations and color doppler blood flow spectrum, looking for intrauterine residue, position, after the qing dynasty palace and curettage organization will be sent to pathological examination, pathological results contrast analysis. Results Among the 180 patients, 167 cases were patients with incomplete abortion. Residuals were localized and irregular hyperecho, hypoecho mass and mixed echo mass in uterine cavity, with unclear boundary, rich blood flow signal and low resistance Doppler type, RI:0.45+0.50. The endometrial thickening was not uniform in 6 patients, and the intrauterine echo was normal in 7 patients. Conclusions The combined application of transabdominal and transvaginal ultrasound has high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of medical abortion insufficiency.
