摘要
某游客中心项目为满足建筑造型和空间需要,采用了单层网格折板屋面结构,屋面网格钢梁间均正向正交、刚接连接,网格梁的空间高度相对于普通主次梁结构有显著优势;同时结构布置上充分利用建筑山墙、隔墙、幕墙等空间设置为钢排架-支撑抗侧体系,抵御水平作用。折板屋面平面上成曲折Z型,立面上柱顶标高高低变化,为确保结构设计的安全可靠和尽量真实模拟空间受力,采用了Midas-Gen等程序对折板屋面进行了三维建模和分析计算,结果表明该结构体系安全可行,可以满足现行规范的各项指标要求,并且建筑空间效果显著,为工程中的结构形式与建筑空间相结合提供了新的思路。
Due to the architectural modeling and space requirements,a tourist center project adopts a single-layer grid folding roof structure.The steel beams of the roof are all positively orthogonal with rigid connection,and the spatial height of the grid beams has a significant advantage over the common primary and secondary beam structures.At the same time,the structural layout makes full use of the space of the building gable,partition wall,curtain wall and so on to set up the steel bent frame-support anti-side system,to resist the horizontal action.Folded plate roof Z plane into twists and turns,facade pillars on the elevation height change,as far as possible to ensure the safety of the structure design of reliable and real simulation space stress,three-dimensional modeling and calculation analysis of folded-plate roof are carried out by using Midas-Gen and other programs,the results show that the structure of the system safety is feasible and can meet the requirements of the current codes,and the building space effect is remarkable,the building forms a perfect combination of space and structure in engineering provides a new train of thought.
