三氟甲磺酸铜催化二取代烯酮与吡咯的傅克酰基化反应

摘要 研究了二取代烯酮与吡咯在Lewis酸催化条件下发生的傅克酰基化反应。发现在三氟甲磺酸铜(Ⅱ)为催化剂的条件下,二取代的烯酮与N-H吡咯反应可以得到良好收率的2-位酰化的吡咯衍生物,该研究为合成含有α,α-二取代酰基的2-位酰化吡咯衍生物提供了可行的方法。 Friedel-Crafts acylation reaction between disubstituted ketenes and pyrroles in the presence of catalytic amount of Lewis acids was investigated.Using Cu(OTf)_(2)as catalyst,the reactions of disubstituted ketenes and free(N-H)pyrroles afforded a series of 2-acylated pyrrole derivatives in good yields,which are reported for the first time.This report provided a new protocol for the synthesis of 2-acyl pyrroles bearingα,α-disubstituted acyl groups.
