进口TMT液压泥炮泥缸修复技术研究

Research on Repair Technology of Imported TMT Hydraulic Clay Gun Cylinder

进口TMT液压泥炮泥缸为易损部件,使用过程中泥缸内表面逐渐磨损,出现漏泥现象。针对上述问题,采取了将TMT液压泥炮泥缸内壁扩孔、辉光离子氮化处理、珩磨措施,采取增大泥塞直径和泥缸外部包裹焊接加固等措施,不仅解决了由于泥缸漏泥堵不上出铁口,使高炉被迫停产的难题,而且提高了液压泥炮的使用率,延长了泥缸的使用寿命,降低了生产成本。

The imported TMT hydraulic clay gun cylinder is a consumable part.The inner surface of the cylinder gradually wears out in the process of usage,and the phenomenon of mud leakage appears.Aiming at the above problems,some measures are adopted,such as enlarging the inner wall bore of TMT hydraulic clay gun cylinder,adopting glow ion nitriding treatment,honing,increasing clay plug diameter and reinforcing cylinder by means of cladding and welding.The tapping hole cannot be blocked because of mud cylinder leakage,resulted in the shutdown of the blast furnace.By adopting these measures,the trouble is solved,and the usage rate of the hydraulic clay gun is increased.The service lifetime of the clay cylinder is prolonged,and the production cost is decreased.
