摘要
对本钢6号高炉大修开炉实际操作进行了总结分析。在开炉过程中,通过制定科学的开炉方案,选择合适的开炉装料制度和各种操作参数,进行适当的操作调剂和优化,实现了顺利开炉和快速达产。
The actual operation of overhaul and startup of Bensteel No.6 Blast furnace is summa-rized and analyzed.In the process of startup,a smooth furnace startup and rapid output reaching are realized through working out a scientific startup plan,selecting suitable charging system and various operation parameters,carrying out appropriate operation adjustment and optimization.
