冶金企业协力用工薪酬模型及体系研究与探讨

摘要 协力用工已经成为冶金企业用工形式的一种有益补充,并且在企业运营过程中发挥着重要的作用,但协力员工的薪酬标准及协力项目费用等没有比较科学的参考体系依据。本文就协力员工的薪酬标准和协力项目费用构建模型,以填补管理空白。 Auxiliary labor has become a kind of beneficial supplement to the labor form in metallurgical enterprises.It plays an important role in the process of enterprise operation,but there isn't a scientific reference system worked as basis for the salary standard of auxiliary employees and project cost.In order to fill the management blank,the models of salary standard and project cost£ire built.
