以新发展理念引领制造业高质量发展

Leading High-Quality Development of the Manufacturing Industry with New Development Concepts

新发展理念是"十四五"及今后一个时期我国经济社会发展的基本遵循。在新发展阶段,我国制造业发展必须贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局,迈向高质量发展。创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享五大发展理念分别对制造业的高质量发展提出要求,五大发展理念相互联系、相互贯通、相互促进,形成对制造业发展的全面、系统影响。近年来,在新发展理念的引领下,我国制造业发展取得了新的成绩,但较之新发展理念和高质量发展的要求仍存在差距,在具体工作中存在不适应、不适合甚至违背新发展理念的认识、行为和做法。以新发展理念引领制造业高质量发展,需要进一步加强对新发展理念的学习研究,建立反映新发展理念的考核评价体系,加强对贯彻落实新发展理念的巡视监督。

The new development concepts are the basic principle of China's economic and social development during the"Fourteenth Five-Year Plan"period and for some time to come.In the new development stage,China's manufacturing industry must implement the new development concepts,build a new development pattern,and move towards high-quality development.The five development concepts of innovation,coordination,greenness,openness and sharing have imposed requirements for high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.The five development concepts are interrelated,interconnected and promote each other,having a comprehensive and systematic impact on the development of the manufacturing industry.In recent years,under the guidance of the new development concepts,China's manufacturing industry has made new achievements,but there is still a gap compared with the requirements of the new development concepts and high-quality development.There are some understandings,behaviors and practices that are not suitable for,do not adapt to or even run contrary to the new development concepts in specific work.To lead high-quality development of the manufacturing industry with the new development concepts,we need to further increase the study and research of them,establish an evaluation system reflective of them,and strengthen the inspection and supervision of their implementation.
