摘要
海上风电复合筒型基础弧形过渡段与常规预应力混凝土结构的受力特点差异较大,预应力张拉方案也需进行相应的调整。针对此特点提出一种4点同时张拉的施工方法,同时利用有限元软件ABAQUS对常见张拉方案进行数值模拟,通过比较不同张拉次序中结构的应力响应变化,应用结构最大拉应力值与应力分布均匀性作为主要标准对各方案进行评价。最终综合确定较合理的张拉次序用以指导现场施工,研究结果对类似结构的预应力施工方法有一定参考意义。
Large difference exists in stress characteristics of the transitional segment of offshore composite bucket foundation and regular prestressed structures,and corresponding adjustment for the tensioning method is needed.In this paper,a tensioning method of four tendons being strained synchronously is proposed,and numerical simulations on common tensioning schemes are conducted by ABAQUS.Comparative analyses on structural responses and stress distribution are performed among different tensioning schemes,band the optimal scheme is concluded by multi-evaluation.The results obtained herein have instructive function for prestress tensioning in similar structures.
