老旧小区综合整治背景下的公共环境景观微改造

引导居民参与、配合改善公共空间的不合理细节来形成长效的维护机制,营造出更合理的小区公共环境,是“景观微改造”着力的方向。文章从尊重使用人群的自发活动特征,以及挖掘老年人群体活动行为的策略出发,设想通过打造一个融合日常活动空间、交流互动空间以及绿化景观空间功能的小种植园,将被占用种菜的小区公共场地改造成兼具生态、休闲与社交功能的社区公共生活节点。

To guide residents to participate and cooperate with the unreasonable details of improving the public space to form a long-term maintenance mechanism and create a more reasonable community public environment is the direction of the"landscape micro-reconstruction".Starting from the strategy of respecting the spontaneous activity characteristics of the users and exploring the activity behavior of the elderly,the article envisages that by creating a small plantation that integrates daily activity space,communication and interaction space,and green landscape space functions,a vegetable growing community will be occupied.The public space is transformed into a community public life node with ecological,leisure and social functions.
