可再生能源配置与河北省绿色转型的关系研究

摘要 基于区域能源错配的角度,构建阈值模型分析可再生能源消费对产业绿色转型的作用机制。结果表明,河北省能源配置效率较低,特别是在能源错配严重的地区,可再生能源消费对工业绿色转型没有显著的促进作用。结合研究结果从绩效评价、市场化改革、要素流动等方面提出解决能源错配、促进产业绿色转型的建议。 Based on the perspective of regional energy mismatch,this paper constructed a threshold model to analyze the mechanism of renewable energy consumption on industrial green transformation.The results show that the energy allocation efficiency of Hebei Province is low,especially in the areas with serious energy mismatch,renewable energy consumption has no significant role in promoting industrial green transformation.Combined with the research,the paper put forward suggestions to solve the energy mismatch and promote the green transformation of the industry from the aspects of performance evaluation,market-oriented reform and factor flow.
