Analysis of Multi-stage Injection Process of Heat Exchanger in Cold Box Separation System

针对丙烷脱氢领域中冷箱分离系统的板翅式换热器设计,建立5种不同的丙烷进料和循环氢气混合方式的工艺模型。利用工艺模拟软件,分析比较了这5种模型中换热器相关设计参数的优劣,得到了优选的模型。

For the design of the plate-fin heat exchanger of the cold box separation system in the field of propane dehydrogenation,five different process models of propane feeding and circulating hydrogen mixing methods were established.Through the process simulation software,the pros and cons of the relevant design parameters of the heat exchanger in these 5 models were analyzed and compared,and the optimal model was obtained.
