面向罐车罐体内壁清洁的电磁吸附爬壁清洗小车设计

摘要 由于承压罐车内部污渍密度大,且在罐体内部人工操作不便,罐体内壁难以清洁。为解决汽车罐车罐体内壁难以清洗的问题,设计了一种爬壁清洗车。首先使用三维建模软件Solid Works对汽车罐车罐体及内部的防浪板等影响爬壁清洗车运行的结构进行建模,阐述爬壁清洗小车的主要机械结构、技术参数、工作原理和主要部件的设计,最后通过虚拟样机及模拟仿真实验对该车的整体净化性能进行了测试。 Due to the high density of stains inside the pressure tanker and the inconvenient manual operation inside the tank,it was difficult to clean the inner wall of the tank.In order to solve the problem that the inner wall of the tank car is difficult to clean,a wall-climbing cleaning trolley was designed.First of all,the three-dimensional modeling software SolidWorks was used to model the structure that affects the operation of the wall-climbing cleaning vehicle,such as the tank body of the tank car and the internal wave board,and the main mechanical structure,technical parameters,working principle and main component design of the wall-climbing cleaning trolley was explained,and finally the overall purification performance of the trolley was tested through virtual prototype and simulation experiment.
