压力容器监督检验是在压力容器制造单位的质量检验、检查与试验合格的基础上进行的过程监督和满足基本安全要求的符合性验证工作。对压力容器制造过程中材料、焊接工艺、焊工资格及无损检测中发现的问题进行了分析和讨论,从而避免之后压力容器制造过程中产生相同的问题,促使制造单位及质量保证体系人员树立责任意识,确保压力容器的使用安全。

Pressure vessel supervision and inspection were process supervision and compliance verification work that met basic safety requirements based on the quality inspection,inspection and test qualification of the pressure vessel manufacturer.The problems found in the material,welding process,welder qualification and nondestructive testing during the pressure vessel manufacturing process were analyzed and discussed,so as to avoid the same problems in the later pressure vessel manufacturing process,promote the manufacturing unit and quality assurance system personnel to establish a sense of responsibility,and ensure the safety of the pressure vessel.
