摘要
总结了运用中医理论对心理亚健康中辨证论治的现状,归纳出在心身共调、方证相应、及早干预3角度的优势。指出在精神症状与辨证意义模糊、诊疗过程易受主观因素影响、证型命名欠缺针对性、心理干预存在欠缺4方面的局限性。提出改进建议:(1)借助现代心理学术语,探寻精神症状-辨证间联系;(2)发展微观辨证-体质辨识结合的辨证思路;(3)制定更具针对性的心理亚健康细化证型;(4)形成以辨病位-病性为主导的心理干预体系,以使中医辨证论治更好地运用于心理亚健康防治领域。
This article summarizes the status of dialectical treatment of mental sub-health, and generalizes the advantages in terms of co-treatment of mind and body, corresponding of prescriptions and syndromes, and early intervention.The limitations of uncertainty of mental symptoms and dialectical significance, diagnosis and treatment process susceptible to subjective factors, lack of targets in naming syndrome types, and lack of psychological intervention are pointed out.Suggestions for improvement:(1)Explore the relationship between mental symptoms and dialectics by quoting modern psychological terms.(2)Develop the dialectical ideas of combining micro syndrome differentiation and constitution identification.(3)Formulate more refined syndrome types for mental sub-health.(4)Form a psychological treatment system is guided by identification of the nature and position of diseases.In this way, dialectical treatment of TCM can be better applied in the field of mental sub-health.
