三子养亲汤合六君子汤联合喘可治对支气管哮喘疗效、炎性因子及免疫功能的影响

Effect of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Chuankezhi on Curative Effect,Inflammatory Factors and Immune Function for Bronchial Asthma

目的:观察三子养亲汤合六君子汤联合喘可治对支气管哮喘疗效、炎性因子及免疫功能的影响。方法:选择我院90例支气管哮喘患者,随机分为对照组及观察组,对照组予常规治疗,观察组此基础上口服三子养亲汤合六君子汤并予喘可治雾化吸入,对比两组疗效、炎性因子及免疫功能指标。结果:(1)观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)治疗后观察组肺功能各指标显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)治疗后观察组hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05);(4)治疗后观察组T淋巴细胞亚群改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三子养亲汤合六君子汤口服联合喘可治雾化吸入可有效减轻支气管哮喘患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,其机制可能与该方案能够调控炎性因子水平、降低炎症反应及调节免疫应答、提高患者免疫功能有关,值得推广运用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction combined with Chuankezhi on bronchial asthma, inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods: 90 cases of bronchial asthma patients in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2020 were randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group, and there were respectively 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction combined with Chuankezhi atomization inhalation on the basis of conventional treatment while the controlled group was given conventional treatment.The efficacy, inflammatory factors and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:(1) The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,while that of the controlled group was 71.11%,and the comprehensave effective rate of the observation group was evidently higher compared with the controlled group(P<0.05);(2)After treatment, the lung function indexes of the observation group such as forced expiratory volume, vital capacity and FEV1/FVC in the first second were evidently higher than those of the controlled group(P<0.05);(3)Compared with the controlled group, the contents of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αafter treatment in the observation group were evidently lower(P<0.05);(4)Compared with the controlled group, the improvement of T lymphocyte subsets such as CD3+,CD4+,CD8+ and CD4+/CD8+ level in the observation group was significantly better through a series of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Liujunzi Decoction combined with Chuankezhi atomization inhalation can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma and improve the clinical efficacy.The mechanism may be related to the regulation of inflammatory factors, the reduction of inflammatory response and the regulation of immune response, and the improvement of immune function of patients, which is worthy of promotion and application.
