疏风通络方治疗老年咳嗽变异性哮喘对患者炎症状态的影响分析

Effect of Shufeng Tongluo Recpe on Inflammatory State foRElderly Patients with Cough Variability Asthma

目的:观察疏风通络方治疗老年咳嗽变异性哮喘对患者炎症状态的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:选取我院2018年8月~2020年1月收治的老年咳嗽变异性哮喘患者94例,根据治疗方法分为两组,每组47例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组给予疏风通络方配合西药治疗。记录两组治疗前后炎症因子、肺功能指标水平变化,并统计两组临床治疗总有效率和不良反应率。结果:观察组的总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组的78.72%,组间比较发现,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-12(IL-12)水平较治疗前上升(P<0.05),肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、白细胞介素-13(IL-13)水平较治疗前下降(P<0.05),观察组IFN-γ、IL-12水平高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-4、IL-8、IL-13水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组第一秒用力肺活量(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC水平较治疗前上升(P<0.05),观察组肺功能指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,观察组的不良反应率为14.89%,与对照组的10.64%进行组间比较发现,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:疏风通络方治疗老年咳嗽变异性哮喘可有效控制炎症反应,改善肺功能,且不增加不良反应。

Objective:To observe the effect of Shufeng Tongluo Recipe on inflammatory status foRelderly patients with cough variant asthma,and to provide reference foRclinical treatment.Methods:94 elderly cough variant asthma patients admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the treatment method,47 cases in each group.The controlled group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Shufeng Tongluo Recipe combined with western medicine treatment.The changes of inflammatory factors and pulmonary function index level were recorded before and after treatment in the 2 groups,and the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of clinical treatment in the 2 groups were counted.Results:Compared with the controlled group,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.62,which was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).The levels of interferon-y(IFN-y),interleukin-12(IL-12)increased(P<0.05),tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-13(IL-13)decreased(P<0.05).The IFN-y,IL-12 level in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05)and the TNF-a,IL-4,IL-8,IL-13 level was lower than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The levels of exertional vital capacity(FEV1),exertional vital capacity(FVC),FEV1/FVC in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The lung function index in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).During the treatment,the adverse reaction rate of the observation group was 14.89,which was not statistically significant compared with the controlled group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Tongluo Recipe can effectively control inflammatory response,improve lung function,and do not increase adverse reactions in variant asthma.
