自拟加味四妙丸治疗慢性痛风性关节炎的疗效及对SUA、TG、TC的影响

Effect of Using Self-made Modified Simiao Pill Combined with Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Gouty Arthritis and Its Influence on SUA,TG and TC

目的:观察自拟加味四妙丸联合西药治疗慢性痛风性关节炎(CGA)的疗效及血清尿酸(SUA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)的影响。方法:选取我院2018年11月~2019年11月收治的126例CGA患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=63)与观察组(n=63),其中对照组给予别嘌醇片治疗,观察组在以上基础给予自拟四妙丸,观察并比较两组临床疗效,并记录治疗前后SUA及SUA、TG、TC的变化差异。结果:治疗后观察组总有效率(93.65%)显著高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.499,P<0.05);两组患者治疗后SUA、TG、TC水平较治疗前均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组SUA、TG、TC水平分别为(337.62±20.86)μmol/L、(1.52±0.79)mmol/L、(3.46±0.08)mmol/L,均明显低于对照组的(425.03±22.08)μmol/L、(1.84±0.56)mmol/L、(5.52±0.15)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=22.841、2.623、13.208,P均<0.05)。结论:自拟加味四妙丸联合西药应用于CGA患者疗效显著,不仅能帮助患者缓解临床症状,还能降低血清SUA水平,抑制氧化应激状态。

Objective:To observe the effect of using Self-made Modified Simiao Pill combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic gouty arthritis(CGA)and the influence of serum uric acid(SUA),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC).Methods:126 patients with CGA in ouRhospital from NovembeR2018 to NovembeR2019 were selected and randomly divided into a controlled group(n=63)and an observation group(n=63).The controlled group was treated with Allopurinol Tablets,and the observation group was given Simiao Pill based on the above.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared,and the changes of SUA,SUA,TG and TC before and afteRtreatment were recorded.Results:AfteRtreatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.65%)was significantly higheRthan that of the controlled group(76.19%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.499,P<0.05);afteRtreatment,the levels of SUA,TG and TC in the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).The levels of SUA,TG and TC in the observation group were(337.62±20.86)μmol/L,(1.52±0.79)mmol/L and(3.46±0.08)mmol/L respectively,which were significantly loweRthan those in the controlled group(425.03±22.08)μmol/L,(1.84±0.56)mmol/L and(5.52±0.15)mmol/L in the observation group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=22.841,2.623,13.208,all P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Modified Simiao Pill combined with western medicine has significant effect on CGA patients,which can not only help patients relieve clinical symptoms,but also reduce serum SUA level and inhibit oxidative stress.
