益肾除瘀汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征临床疗效及对血清TNF-α、IG F-1、CRP水平的影响

Curative Effect of Using Yishen Zhiyu Decoction in the Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome and Its Influnce on serum Levels of TNF-α,IGF-1 and CRP

目的:观察益肾除瘀汤治疗对多囊卵巢综合征患者临床效果及血清TNF-α、IG F-1、CRP水平的影响。方法:选取2018年3月-2020年3月的多囊卵巢综合征患者144例,随机分为两组,对照组采用克罗米芬治疗,观察组在此基础上加用益肾除瘀汤治疗。比较两组中医症候积分、血清CRP、IGF-1、TNF-α水平、性激素水平、临床效果。结果:治疗后,观察组第二性征、性欲淡漠、神疲乏力、头晕耳鸣、腰膝酸痛、痛经、经质、经色、经量、月经周期、经期积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清CRP、IGF-1、TNF-α水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组FSH、PRL、P、LH、T性激素水平均低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组临床效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多囊卵巢综合征患者采用益肾除瘀汤治疗,可有效调整患者血清性激素水平,对生殖相关性腺的分泌功能有明显改善,对胰岛素样生长因子产生抑制,降低机体微炎症因子,从而为卵子成熟、排出提供物质基础,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using Yishen Zhiyu Decoction in the treatment of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)as well as the serum levels of TNF-α,IGF-1 and CRP.Methods:A total of 144 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The controlled group was treated with Clomiphene.On this basis,the study group was treated with Yishen Zhiyu Decoction.Symptoms score,serum CRP,IGF-1,TNF-αlevels,sex hormone levels and clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results:AfteRtreatment,the secondary sexual characteristics,low libido,mental fatigue,dizziness,tinnitus,waist and knee pain,dysmenorrhea,menstrual quality,menstrual color,menstrual volume,menstrual cycle,menstrual score were all loweRthan those of the controlled group(P<0.05).The serum levels of CRP,IGF-1 and TNF-αin the study group were loweRthan those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The levels of FSH,PRL,P,LH and T in the study group were loweRthan those in the controlled group,and the E2 level was higheRthan that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The clinical effect of the study group was betteRthan that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:FoRpatients with polycystic ovary syndrome with Yishen Zhiyu Decoction treatment,patients can effectively adjust the serum sex hormone levels,related reproductive sex gland secretion function is obviously improved,can inhibit insulin-like growth factor,reduce the body's inflammatory factors,so as to provide material base foRmature eggs,discharge,worthy of clinical promotion.
