固肾养胎汤结合隔姜灸治疗复发性流产疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Gushen Yangtai Decoction Combined with Ginger Moxibustion in the Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

目的:观察固肾养胎汤结合隔姜灸治疗复发性流产(Recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)的疗效。方法:选取2018年1月~2019年8月本院收治的94例RSA患者,按照投掷法随机设为48例联合组与46例对照组。对照组接受主动免疫治疗,联合组在其基础上接受固肾养胎汤结合隔姜灸治疗。观察两组妊娠结局,并比较治疗前、后两组中医证候积分、性激素[雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)、绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)]及炎症因子[白介素-13(IL-13)、白介素-33(IL-33)]水平。结果:两组治疗后倦怠乏力、腰酸腹痛、情志异常、夜尿频多、头晕耳鸣积分低于治疗前,且联合组比对照组低(P<0.05);两组治疗后E2、P、HCG均高于治疗前,且联合组比对照组高(P<0.05);两组治疗后IL-13、IL-33高于治疗前,且联合组比对照组高(P<0.05);联合组存活率89.58%,比对照组71.74%高(P<0.05)。结论:对复发性流产患者采取固肾养胎汤结合隔姜灸治疗具有良好疗效,能明显提高患者性激素水平,改善妊娠结局。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of using Gushen Yangtai Decoction combined with gingeRmoxibustion in the treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods:A total of 94 patients with RSA admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into a combined group(48 cases)and a controlled group(46 cases).The controlled group received active immunotherapy,and on this basis,the combined group received treatment with Gushen Yangtai Decoction and gingeRmoxibustion.Pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were observed.The TCM syndrome scores,the levels of sex hormones[estradiol(E2),progesterone(P)and human chorionic gonadotropin(HCG)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-13(IL-13),interleukin-33(IL-33)]before and afteRtreatment were compared between the two groups.Results:AfteRtreatment,the scores foRfatigue,waist soreness and abdominal pain,emotional disorder,nocturnal polyuria,dizziness and tinnitus of the two groups were reduced,and the combined group had loweRscores than the controlled group(P<0.05).The levels of E2,P and HCG were increased,and the levels in the combined group were higheRthan those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-13 and IL-33 were increased,and the levels in the combined group were higheRthan those in the controlled group(P<0.05).The survival rate in the combined group was 89.58%,higheRthan 71.74%in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gushen Yangtai Decoction combined with gingeRmoxibustion is effective in the treatment of patients with RSA,which can significantly increase the levels of sex hormones and improve pregnancy outcomes.
