新冠肺炎疫情全球爆发流行对世界几乎所有国家的卫生系统提出了前所未有的挑战。目前,临床常见的治疗方法包括药物、氧疗和支持治疗等。最近,维生素C可能治疗新冠肺炎有效的观点引起热议,因为它可以通过多种途径防治全身炎症反应和肺损伤,同时参与人体多种免疫调节机制。本文综述了维生素C治疗新冠肺炎的生物学证据和临床研究进展,以期为临床医师和科研人员提供参考。

The global outbreak of COVID-19 had become a great challenge for the health systems of almost all countries in the world.At present,the common clinical treatment methods included drugs,oxygen therapy and adjuvant therapy.Recently,the idea that vitamin C could be effective in the treatment of COVID-19 had received widespread attention because it could prevent and treat systemic inflammation and ARDS through a variety of pathways,and may also had antiviral effects.The article reviewed the biological evidence and clinical research progress of vitamin C in the treatment of new coronary pneumonia,aiming to provide reference for clinicians and researchers.
