摘要
心血管疾病是全球死亡的主要原因。二代测序技术的出现,使更多的非编码RNA被发现并研究,包括长度小于200个核苷酸的小非编码RNA,如微小RNA (microRNA,miRNA,miR)和长度大于200个核苷酸的长链非编码RNA (long noncoding RNA,lncRNA)。非编码RNA在心血管疾病中发挥重要作用。本文将着重介绍lncRNA在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病、心肌梗死、心力衰竭、纤维化等心血管疾病治疗中的相关研究,以期为心血管病提供一种新的治疗选择。
Cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death worldwide.With the emergence of next-generation sequencing technologies,more noncoding RNAs have been discovered and studied,including small noncoding RNAs shorter than200 nucleotides in length,such as microRNA and long noncoding RNAs longer than 200 nucleotides in length.Noncoding RNA plays an important role in cardiovascular disease.This article will focus on the research of lncRNAs in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease,myocardial infarction,heart failure,fibrosis and other cardiovascular diseases,in order to provide a new option for cardiovascular disease treatment.
