从膜原理论探讨老年带状疱疹的辨治思路

Exploration on Differentiation and Treatment Ideas for Herpes Zoster in the Elderly Based on Membranogen Theory

本文从膜原与带状疱疹感染的关系提出了带状疱疹按照"伏、溃、再"的阶段传变的观点;结合老年人正虚于内的生理特点,认为老年带状疱疹的病机以毒伏膜原为关键、正气亏虚为基础。根据其发病特点,提出一方两期三法。一方即达原饮为基础方;两期:将本病分为潜伏期、溃解期两大期。三法:温补升托法、清透表邪法、轻下逐邪法。综合应用、逐层驱邪、驱邪务尽。

Herpes zoster is equivalent to the traditional Chinese medicine"loin waist fire pill,snake string sore".Based on the position and function of the Moyuan and the relationship between the Moyuan and herpes zoster infection,we view that the initial stage of herpes zoster is located in the Moyuan;combined with the physiological characteristics of the elderly,it is considered that the mechanism of elderly with herpes zoster is the deficiency of the original Qi and herpes zoster is located at the moyuan.According to the characteristics of the disease,two phases and three methods are proposed.One party is Dayuan Drink as the basic prescription;two phases:the disease is divided into two major phases:incubation period and ulcerative period.Three methods:reinforcing the primordial Qi method,dissipating heat and detoxify method,lightly removing the virus method,so that the virus gradually emerges from the surface.
