解毒消瘿汤辅助治疗甲状腺良性结节疗效及对于结节直径、内分泌指标的影响

Effect of Using Jiedu Xiaoyin Decoction in the Adjunctive Treatment of Benign Thyroid Nodules and Its Effect on Diameter and Endocrine Index

目的:观察解毒消瘿汤辅助微波消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节患者的效果。方法:选取收治的120例甲状腺良性结节患者,采用随机数字表分为常规组和中西医组各60例,常规组采取超声引导下微波消融术加西医药物治疗,中西医组在常规组基础上给予解毒消瘿汤治疗,疗程6个月;对比手术时间、出血量、住院时间、手术前后患者结节直径、甲状腺激素水平及手术并发症率。结果:中西医组患者的手术时间、出血量、住院时间与常规组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月、6个月、12个月,中西医组患者的结节最大直径均小于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对两组患者治疗前、治疗3个月、治疗6个月时的血清TSH、FT3、TT4水平比较,其中治疗后3个月,中西医组的血清TSH低于常规组(P<0.05),中西医组的血清FT3高于常规组(P<0.05);中西医组的并发症率5.00%,常规组的并发症率11.67%,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:解毒消瘿汤辅助微波消融术治疗甲状腺良性结节有利于进一步提高微波消融的效果,同时减轻手术对甲状腺功能的影响。

Objective:To explore the effect of TCM Jiedu Xiaoying Decoction assisted by microwave ablation in the treatment of patients with benign thyroid nodules.Methods:A total of 120 patients with benign thyroid nodules in our hospital were selected and divided into a conventional group and a traditional Chinese and western medicine group with 60 cases each by a random number table.The conventional group was treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation+western medicine treatment.The traditional Chinese and western medicine group was treated with Jiedu Xiaoying Decoction on the basis of the conventional group,the treatment course was 6 months.The operation time,blood loss,hospitalization time,the diameter of nodules before and after the operation,the level of thyroid hormone and the complication rate of the operation were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time,blood loss,and length of stay in the traditional Chinese and western medicine group compared with the conventional group(P>0.05);the patients in the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group had the largest nodules after treatment for 3 months,6 months,and 12 months.The diameters were all smaller than those of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the serum TSH,FT3,and TT4 levels of the two groups of patients before treatment,3 months of treatment,and 6 months of treatment were compared,among which,3 months after treatment.The serum TSH of the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the serum FT3 of the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 5.00%,and the complication rate of the conventional group was 11.67%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:TCM Jiedu Xiaoying Decoction assisted microwave ablation for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules is beneficial to further improve the effect of microwave ablation,while reducing the impact of surgery on thyroid function.
