坠血明目饮辅助治疗视网膜静脉周围炎疗效观察

Curative Observation of Zhuixue Mingmu Decoction in the Auxiliary Treatment of Patients with Retinal Periphlebi⁃tis

目的:观察坠血明目饮辅助治疗视网膜静脉周围炎(Eales)的疗效。方法:选取2016年5月~2020年6月本院收治的Eales患者34例,分为观察组(n=17,27只眼)和对照组(n=17,30只眼),对照组行常规激光治疗,观察组行坠血明目饮联合激光治疗。观察两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后视力情况、血清内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、人血栓素B2(TXB2)、β-血栓球蛋白(β-TG)及von Willebrand因子(VWF)水平,比较两组复发率及用药安全性。结果:观察组的总有效率(92.59%)显著高于对照组(70.00%)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组视力、血清ET-1、NO、VEGF、TXB2、β-TG及VWF水平均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),两组复发率及用药安全性无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:坠血明目饮辅助治疗Eales能有效改善患者视力,效果佳。

Objective: To explore the effect of using Zhuixue Mingmu Decoction in the auxiliary treatment of patients with retinal periphlebitis(Eales). Methods: A total of 34 Eales patients admitted to the hospital from May 2016 to June 2020 were enrolled and divided into an observation group(n=17,27 eyes) and a controlled group(n=17,30 eyes). The controlled group was given routine laser treatment, while the observation group was given Zhuixue Mingmu Decoction combined with laser treatment. The clinical curative effect in both groups was observed. The visual acuity, serum endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),human thromboxane B2(TXB2),β-thromboglobulin(β-TG) and von Willebrand factor(VWF) levels before and after treatment, recurrence rate and medication safety were compared between the two groups. Results: The total response rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(92.59% vs 70.00%)(P<0.05). After treatment, visual acuity, serum ET-1,NO,VEGF,TXB2,β-TG and VWF levels in the observation group were significantly better than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in recurrence rate or medication safety between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Zhuixue Mingmu Decoction can effectively improve visual acuity of Eales patients, with good results.
