埋针联合耳穴压豆治疗成年人咳嗽病痰浊阻肺临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Applying Needle⁃embedding Combined with Auricular Pressure in the Treatment of Adults with Turbid Phlegm Obstructing Lung Type Cough

目的:研究埋针联合耳穴压豆治疗成年人咳嗽病痰浊阻肺的临床效果。方法:选择本院2019年11月-2020年10月诊治的112例痰浊阻肺型咳嗽患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为对照组(47例)和研究组(53例),前者给予埋针疗法,后者在其基础上联合耳穴压豆治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状、肺功能以及咳嗽严重程度变化,并评估临床疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗后两组临床症状积分、咳嗽严重程度评分均明显降低,肺功能指标水平均明显上升,且研究组降低或上升幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:埋针疗法联合耳穴压豆法用于痰湿阻肺型咳嗽安全有效,可明显改善患者的临床症状,促进肺功能恢复。

Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of applying needleembedding combined with auricular pressure in the treatment of adults with turbid phlegm obstructing lung type cough.Methods:A total of 112 cough patients of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type who were diagnosed and treated in the hospital from November 2019 to October 2020 were enrolled as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into a controlled group(47 cases)and a study group(53 cases).The controlled group was given needleembedding therapy,while the study group was given needleembedding combined with auricular pressure.The changes in clinical symptoms,pulmonary function and cough severity before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clinical curative effect and adverse reactions were evaluated.Results:After treatment,scores of clinical symptoms and cough severity in both groups were significantly decreased,while levels of pulmonary function indexes were significantly increased.The decrease or increase amplitude in the study group was greater than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).The total response rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).During treatment,there were no significant adverse reactions in either group.Conclusion:The needleembedding combined with auricular pressure is safe and effective for cough of turbid phlegm obstructing lung type,which can significantly improve clinical symptoms,and promote the recovery of pulmonary function.
