摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从1,8-桉叶素型互叶白千层枝叶中提取精油,按照ISO4730:2017标准分析精油理化指标和主要成分,砍伐后的枝叶在储存过程中测定3次,每月1次,追踪精油质量变化情况。结果表明,1,8-桉叶素型互叶白千层枝叶砍伐1个月后精油率损失11.43%以上,2个月内精油理化指标和主要成分1,8-桉叶素,α-松油醇,苧烯,α-蒎烯相对保持稳定,符合DB45/T 889—2012标准,3个月后精油的溶混度不合格。生产上应合理安排原料砍伐并及时加工。
Main components and physical and chemical indicators of essential oil obtained from the twigs and leaves of Melaleuca alternifoli containing 1,8-cineole by steam distillation were analyzed according to ISO4730:2017 standard.The essential oil was extracted and determined from the twigs and leaves fresh cut and stored,three times during storage,once a month in order to track the quality changes of the essential oil extracted.The results showed that the loss of essential oil rate is more than 11.43%after one month of storage of the cut twigs and leaves,and that the physical and chemical indexes of the essential oil and its main components(1,8-eucalyptin,α-terpinol,Limonene andα-pinene)remained relatively stable within two months of storage of the cut twig and leaves,conforming to DB45/T889—2012 standard.The miscibility of the essential oil extracted from the cut twigs and leaves stored for more than 3 months failed to live up to the standard.Therefore,the twigs and leaves should be cut for timely extraction of the essential oil.
