中国热区主要省份科研投入产出的对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Scientific Research Input and Output in the Main Tropical Regions of China

整理了海南、广东和福建等6个热带主要省区的GDP总量、人均GDP、科技人力资源投入和科技产出等数据,对主要热区省份的经济总量、科研投入和科研产出进行描述性对比分析,提出了推动科研绩效评估工作、提高热带科技成果收益和开展热带地区的区域科技合作等建议,为热区在科技发展上的相互学习和借鉴提供参考依据。

Data on GDP,per capita GDP,human resources input and scientific and technological output in Hainan,Guangdong,Fujian and other three provinces in the tropical areas of China were collected for analysis.A descriptive comparative analysis of the size of economy,scientific research input and scientific research output in the major tropical provinces was made,based on which put forward were some suggestions such as promoting the performance evaluation of scientific research,increasing the benefits of tropical scientific and technological achievements and carrying out regional scientific and technological cooperation in the tropics of China.These suggestions might provide reference for the development of science and technology in the tropical areas of China.
