浑河沈抚新区防洪治理与水土保持分析

Flood control and conservation of soil and water of Hun River in Shenfu New District

文章根据浑河沈抚新区段防洪治理工程的建设内容,对建设过程中可能引发的水土流失问题,从建设方案、工程占地、土石方平衡、表土利用角度对水土保持进行了分析与评价。针对所处的地形地貌和气候条件,分析了水土流失影响因素并对土壤流失量进行了预测,最后针对水土流失特点,采取了不同的防治措施,旨在水土保持治理过程中,达到既防治水土流失又改善两岸居民生活条件的目的。

According to the construction content of Hun River flood control project,this paper analyzes and evaluates the conservation of soil and water from the aspects of construction scheme,land occupation,earthwork balance and topsoil utilization.According to the topography,geomorphology and climate conditions,the influence factors of soil and water loss are analyzed,and the amount of soil loss is predicted.Finally,according to the characteristics of soil and water loss,different prevention and control measures are taken in the process of soil and water conservation to achieve the purpose of preventing and controlling soil erosion and improving the living conditions of residents on both sides of the strait.
