面向网络空间治理的社交网络信息交流协同创新机制分析

Analysis of the Collaborative Innovation System of Social Network Information Exchange Oriented to Cyberspace Governance

[目的/意义]为给社交网络信息交流的网络安全问题提供参考。[方法/过程]本研究以网络空间治理为导向采用协同理论分析社交网络信息交流的构成要素和运行过程,指出微观层面的社交网络信息交流呈现全域性信息、价值驱动、交互不均衡、信息团体聚集稀疏化、协同化信息行为等特征。[结果/结论]针对社交网络信息交流信息过度民主、信息偏好、信息交互不平衡等问题提出有序化管理、生产优质有效的信息、协调处理关系冲突的网络治理目标,据此设计融合多主体协同管理机制、全交互动力机制、自适应运行机制为一体的社交网络信息交流协同创新机制。

[Purpose/Significance]In order to solve the network security problem of social network information exchange,[Method/Process]This paper analyzed the components and operation process of social network information exchange based on the collaborative theory with the guidance of cyberspace governance,and pointed out that social network information exchange presents the characteristics of global information,value driven,unbalanced interaction,sparse aggregation of information groups,collaborative information behavior,etc at the micro level,[Result/Conclusion]Aiming at the problems of excessive democracy,information preference and unbalanced information interaction in social network information exchange,this paper puts forward the network governance objectives of orderly management,production of high-quality and effective information and coordination of relationship conflicts,and designs a collaborative innovation mechanism of social network information exchange integrating multi-agent collaborative management mechanism,full interactive dynamic mechanism and adaptive operation mechanism.
