抽水蓄能电站压力钢管800MPa级钢板单面焊焊接工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 根据800MPa级钢板打底焊道成型试验,确定了对口间隙、错边量、焊接热输入等影响抽水蓄能电站压力钢管单面焊的根部成型的重要参数范围。根据打底焊道成型试验结果完成了焊接工艺评定。试验结果表明,800MPa级钢板压力钢管采用单面焊从工艺上是可行的,但需严格控制装配工艺参数,目前制约压力钢管单面焊推广的因素主要是单面焊对钢管的圆度、坡口和对口质量等,需推进相关方面的提升。 According to the test results of 800MPa class steel plate backing bed-forming,the important parameter range such as end clearance and wrong variable welding and heat input of root forming of single-side welding of pressure steel pipe in pumped storage power station were determined.The test results showed that it was feasible to adopt the single-side welding of 800MPa grade steel plate pressure steel pipe,with the assembly process parameters need to be strictly controlled.At present,the factors restricting the promotion of single-side welding of pressure steel pipe are mainly the roundness groove and the quality of the opposite side of the steel pipe by singleside welding,which need to be promoted.
