摘要 磨损、空蚀及其他破坏耦合作用是水轮机常见的破坏形式,在过流部位进行涂层防护是提高抗磨蚀能力的有效方法之一。简述了过流部件磨蚀等破坏的机理及其影响因素,并综述了过流部件耐磨蚀涂层技术的研究进展,评述了不同类型涂层的技术特点,通过金属熔覆技术、抗撕裂聚氨酯材料以及综合防护措施的应用案例阐述了该领域取得的进展,并展望了未来的发展趋势。 Cavitation and slurry abrasion are two major damages to hydraulic machinery.Coating on the flow-parts is one of the most effective methods to protect hydraulic machinery.It was briefly introduced the mechanism and influence factor of cavitation and abrasion in this article,aiming at providing fundamental basis for the selection and preparation technology of coating.The research progress of coating technology was illustrated.The properties and improved methods of different coating were reviewed as well.In the end,it was expected that the development tendency of protect coatings of hydraulic machinery by the means that reviewing several PU and laser cladding protect cases.
