摘要
现阶段水电项目中的道路工程在可行性研究概算阶段都是以指标的形式进行估算。由于水电工程均为“可研代初设”,故在可行性研究、招标阶段及结算阶段,常因地形、地质条件复杂多样的特性导致勘测深度不足,使得竣工结算工程量和设计工程量出现差距较大的现象。本文主要选取各地区由不同设计院设计的水电项目(含抽水蓄能)道路工程的设计概算与合同结算价格进行对比,对投资占比较大的分部分项工程投资进行敏感性分析,提出对于道路工程投资影响较大的因素,并反馈至概算及招标设计阶段作为重点关注去复核。
The present stage of road engineering of hydropower projects in the feasibility study stage are calculated in the form of index.The hydropower projects are based on“Feasibility study replaces preliminary design”,so in the feasibility study and bidding stage and settlement stage,there is a big gap between the amount of completion settlement and the amount of design.Because of the complex and diverse terrain and geological conditions,the depth of exploration is often insufficient.This study selected regional hydropower project design budgetary estimate to compare with the contract settlement price designed by different design institute(including pumped storage)of road engineering.This study analyzes the larger partial of division and sub-project investment accounts,and puts forward influential factors for road engineering investment to feedback the estimate and the bidding design stage as a focus.
