摘要
目的为了提升医学汉语教学质量,优化临床医学专业留学生的实习效果,本研究针对临床医学专业来华留学生开展以病例为基础的医学汉语实践教学,并对教学效果进行评价。方法选取两个年级的学生作为研究对象,实验组采用以病例为基础的模拟实践场景进行汉语教学,对照组采用传统教学。教学行为完成后,两组学生进行成绩对比。结果实验组和对照组的汉语成绩统计学分析成绩相当;实验组加入该课程后,医学汉语成绩统计学分析优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论情景模拟的医学汉语教学方式扩展了学生知识面,并有助于学生学以致用,可明显优化临床实习效果。
Objective In order to improve the quality of medical Chinese teaching and optimize the effect of internship for overseas students majoring in clinical medicine,this study conducted case-based medical Chinese practice teaching for overseas students majoring in clinical medicine,and evaluated the teaching effect.Methods Two grades of students were selected as research objects,the experimental group adopted case-based simulation practice scene for Chinese teaching,and the control group adopted traditional teaching.After the completion of the teaching behavior,the two groups of students were compared.Results The results of statistical analysis of Chinese scores between the experimental group and the control group were similar.After the experimental group joined the course,the statistical analysis of Medical Chinese scores was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching method of medical Chinese based on scenario simulation expands students’knowledge and helps them to put what they have learned into practice,which can optimize the clinical practice effect obviously.
