摘要
船舶机舱设备在运行过程中需要足量的空气供给,同时由于热源机器缸盖等处的放热,使机舱温度升高,严重时会导致周围机械或电器不能正常工作。为了提高船舶机舱设备的工作效率,延长设备的使用寿命,必须为船舶机舱提供有效的机械通风。文章针对船舶机舱通风系统的温度与压力控制,设计一种机舱通风智能控制系统,通过实船的安装测试表明:该控制系统既满足机舱通风系统的基本要求,也降低了能耗并有效减少碳氧化合物、硫氧化合物及氮氧化合物的排放。
During the operation of the equipment in ship engine room,sufficient fresh air supply is needed and a large amount of heat is generated and released into the engine room,thus lead to the temperature rise.The accumulated heat will cause the failure of the surrounding equipment if the ventilation is enough.In order to prolong the service life of the engine room,effective ventilation should be maintained.Aiming at temperature/pressure control for engine room ventilation system,a kind of intelligent control scheme for the engine room ventilation system is designed in this paper.And the system has already been manufactured and applied on the actual vessel,which ensures the efficient ventilation of the engine room and reduction of CO2,SOx and NOx emissions from the energy consumption.
