摘要
立足战区联合作战情报保障特点,着重解决有限的情报侦察力量和联合作战情报需求之间的客观矛盾,研究情报侦察力量优化配置流程,构建资源-任务匹配模型。针对侦察力量协同执行多种侦察任务产生资源冲突的情况,基于受限资源项目调度、武器目标动态分配思想,构建动态优化配置模型,最后结合情报侦察案例,运用粒子群算法对资源优化配置模型进行求解,验证其可行性和有效性。
Based on the characteristics of intelligence support of joint operations in theater,this paper focuses on solving the objective contradiction between limited intelligence reconnaissance forces and intelligence requirements of joint operations,studies the optimal allocation process of intelligence reconnaissance forces,and constructs a resource task matching model.In view of the resource conflict caused by the cooperative execution of multiple reconnaissance tasks by reconnaissance forces,based on the idea of constraints resource project scheduling and dynamic weapon target allocation,this paper constructs a dynamic optimal allocation model.Finally,combined with an intelligence reconnaissance case,the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the resource optimal allocation model,which verifies its feasibility and effectiveness.
