摘要 基于超深水半潜式钻井平台的典型特征,提出双井口作业系统总体规划方法,重点针对大钩载荷、立根盒载荷、井架及起升系统型式、隔水管存放方式、防喷器组存储方式和处理系统型式等几个关键点开展分析,确定系统主要载荷和技术参数,规划钻台、月池、堆场等区域布置,形成一套适用于目标平台的双井口作业系统总体设计方案。形成的方案可作为超深水半潜式钻井平台开发的设计基础。 According to the typical characteristics of ultra deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform,the overall planning method of the dual well operation system is given.The analysis of hook load,pipe setback load and types of derrick and hoisting system,riser storage,blow out preventer(BOP)stack storage and processing system is mainly focused on.The main loads and technical parameters of the system are confirmed.An arrangement plan of the drill floor,moon pool and pipe rack area is proposed.A general design of the operation system is formed,which provides the design basis for ultra deepwater semi-submersible drilling platform.
