某浮选铜尾矿有价成分综合回收工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为综合利用某浮选铜尾矿中的硫、铅、锌有价组分,进行了多元素分析及有价元素粒度分布研究和抑铅锌浮硫工艺与铅锌部分混合浮选方案的对比。确定采用铅锌混合浮选流程,闭路试验获得的硫精矿品位37.04%、硫回收率85.70%,满足二级品要求,资源综合利用率达到57.40%。 In order to comprehensively utilize the valuable component of S,Pb,Zn in a copper flotation tailings,the multi-element and particle size distribution of valuable elements were analyzed.By comparing the process of suppressing lead,zinc to float sulphur with the process of lead zinc particial mixed preferential flotation,the later process was selected.The results show that the concentrate with a sulfur grade of 37.04%and sulfur recovery of 85.70%was obtained by the closed circuit process of lead and zinc partial mixed flotation.The index meets the second-grade products specification requirements and the resource utilization of a flotation copper tailing reaches 57.40%.
