降低焙烧钼精矿中二氧化钼含量工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 对国内某钼业公司多膛炉生产焙烧钼精矿(普通)进行研究,结合下游钼铁生产线的试验反馈并进行理论分析,通过调整焙烧工艺参数,逐步实现钼品位50%精矿生产二氧化钼含量5%以下的焙烧钼精矿,从而使焙烧钼精矿中的含氧量较传统焙烧钼精矿增加5%,在钼铁冶炼中所需热值降低7%,降低辅料成本消耗3%。 Through the research of roasted molybdenum concentrate(ordinary)of a domestic molybdenum company,combined with the test feedback of downstream molybdenum production line and theoretical analysis,the roasting process parameters were readjusted to gradually achieve the production of roasted molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum dioxide content of less than 5%from molybdenum concentrate with molybdenum grade of 50%.Thus,the oxygen content of roasted molybdenum concentrate is increased by 5%compared with traditional roasted molybdenum concentrate,the calorific value required in ferro molybdenum smelting is reduced by 7%,and the cost of auxiliary materials is reduced by 3%.
