二硫化钼生产废水处理新工艺

New Process for Treatment of Wastewater from Molybdenum Disulfide Production

摘要 针对二硫化钼生产废水中的F、Mo、Pb、Cr、Cu、Zn等污染物,提出新的处理工艺:预处理除重+加钙除氟+催化吸附深度除重。通过小试试验研究,获得最优预处理药剂添加量,并结合催化吸附除重金属技术在陕西某钼生产企业二硫化钼生产现场进行试验,结果表明:经过“预处理除重+加钙除氟+催化吸附深度除重”工艺路线处理后,废水中的各类污染物均能满足GB 31573-2015《无机化学工业污染物排放指标》。设计了日处理量100 m^(3)/d废水的工程化工艺路线,通过成本估算吨水处理费用仅16.53元。“预处理除重+加钙除氟+催化吸附深度除重”联用技术可解决二硫化钼生产废水中重金属污染问题,保证出水满足外排标准。其具备处理效果显著、占地面积小、操作简单等优点,具有良好的工程应用前景。 In view of F,Mo,Pb,Cr,Cu,Zn and other pollutants in the wastewater from molybdenum disulfide production,a new treatment process was proposed,i.e.pretreatment removal of heavy metals+fluoride removal by calcium+catalytic adsorption depth removal of heavy metals.pilot scale tests were carried out in a molybdenum disulfide production site in Shaanxi by combining the technology of catalytic adsorption to remove heavy metals.The results show that all kinds of pollutants in the wastewater can meet the GB 31573-2015 standard after the process of“pretreatment removal of heavy metals+fluoride removal by calcium+catalytic adsorption depth removal of heavy metals”.Furthermore,the engineering process route with treatment capacity of 100 m^(3)/d wastewater was designed.According to the cost estimation,the treatment cost per ton of water was only 16.53 yuan.The heavy metal pollution in the wastewater from molybdenum disulfide production can be solved by the combined technology of pretreatment,calcium addition,fluoride removal and catalytic adsorption.It has the advantages of remarkable treatment effect,small area and simple operation,and has a good engineering application prospect.
